Carol’s cannellini beans w/ rosemary & olive oil (New favorite side dish): 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil in a sauté pan w/ a whole rosemary sprig – heat for 2 minutes then add cannellini beans that have been washed/strained for 3-4 minutes) then sprinkle with s/p and take sprig out– I am addicted. Don’t overcook the beans or they will be mushy!
