Dinners w/o 2/20 & 2/27:

Hey – We just arrived back from our mid-winter break in AZ.  We all had a great time in the sun.

Sunday I am hosting a marinade / sauce swap with friends – excited to see what people bring to trade.  Take a look at what was brought last time:  https://conradweeklydinners.wordpress.com/2011/05/03/marinadesauce-swap-host-your-own/

Here is what is up for this and next week:

  1. Hey Michele: the marinade swap was a hit when we did it at my gym last summer. Thanks for reminding me to do it again! A tip from one of our group: put the marinades in freezer zip locks or food saver bags with your protein (chicken, pork, beef, tofu, etc) and freeze flat to save freezer space. Then just pull out the morning you want it for dinner (it will thaw by cooking time) and you’re good to go! The take from our swap kept 6 families with ready made dinners for almost two months.
