Monday –

Arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette
High heat roasted broccoli and cauliflower – drizzle with olive oil s/p and sprinkle garlic salt

Tuesday –

Wednesday –

Thursday –

Brown rice
Steamed green beans

Friday –
