Dinners w/o 9/29:

I am still on a bit of a grocery store hold. This weekend, I only allowed myself to buy fruit, veggies and bread.  Still trying to use up the food we have on hand.

Sunday – out
Wild Ginger takeout (I had planned to cook but didn’t have the energy!)

Monday–

Pasta with prosciutto and orange – I always have prosciutto in the freezer, de-thaws really fast too.  (this recipe so good and easy – please try it people!)  I half the amount of orange juice and zest based on my family’s feedback. http://www.bonappetit.com/recipes/2011/05/tagliatelle-with-prosciutto-and-orange
