Sunday – out

Monday–  
Grilled salmon

Tuesday –  
Grilled shrimp drizzled with homemade walnut basil pesto http://www.onceuponachef.com/2011/08/basil-walnut-pesto.html

High heat roasted cauliflower.  Cut up cauliflower in small pieces, toss in olive oil, s/p.  roast at 425 for 15 minutes until browned.  Put in bowl, squeeze lemon over, toss in some feta cheese and toasted slivered or sliced almonds…. Sooooo good – try even if you don’t like cauliflower.

Wednesday –  
Summer Garden Pasta (using more of those tomatoes and basil up from the garden) http://barefootcontessa.com/recipes.aspx?RecipeID=704&S=0

Thursday –
