Dinners w/o 8/11:

Sunday – whenever we have people over for dinner, I usually serve something that we have made before. Sunday night I tried making hummus for the first time – so easy and delicious and we also tried a white bean salad, adding some arugula to the recipe below. Everything was good so we will be having this meal 2 times this week. The turkey burgers are seriously so good – don’t forget the yogurt sauce too!

Monday–
Steamed green beans from the garden
Green salad with balsamic vinaigrette
Mustard marinated flank steak
1 flank steak
1/3 cup white wine
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
2 chopped shallots
3 chopped minced garlic
Stir together ingredients and marinate 2+ hours/overnight

Tuesday –

Wednesday – friends over (same dinner we test drove on Sunday – I made extra of the turkey burgers, after searing – I put in the freezer, will defrost then bake and yogurt dip already in the fridge – will add a bit more lemon juice before serving)
