Whoa – what a month it has been! Finally able to plan out some meals and get cooking again – it feels great.
I have acquired a couple new cookbooks that I have been loving. First is “Fresh Happy Tasty” Jane is DVF’s private chef, I love her cooking style and recipes – http://janecoxwell.com/ the recipes are exactly what the title states. Then a friend gave me Jerusalem http://www.amazon.com/Jerusalem-A-Cookbook-Yotam-Ottolenghi/dp/1607743949 beautiful pictures and yummy recipes and another friend gave me Plum http://www.amazon.com/Plum-Gratifying-Dishes-Seattles-Bistro/dp/1570617910 . I have been going through these enjoying all the new recipes we will be trying soon. All the recipes this week are from these 3 cookbooks. I recommend all 3!
