Sunday – Easter dinner with friends

heat roasted cauliflower.  Cut up cauliflower in small pieces, toss in olive oil, s/p.  roast at 425 for 15 minutes until browned.  Put in bowl, squeeze lemon over, toss in some feta cheese and toasted slivered or sliced almonds
