Anyone try the quesadillas from last week? Trust me on this one.

Sunday – friends over
Homemade pizzas on the BBQ – everyone make their own pizzas (using Zeek’s fresh pizza dough – $4 for a large and it’s great) We just throw on a pizza grill stone (from Crate & Barrel) on the BBQ until brown

Tuesday –

Roasted asparagus (drizzle with olive oil – s/p – roast at 400 for 5-7 minutes)

Wednesday –

Brown rice

Thursday –
Pappardelle with lamb ragu – NEW RECIPE http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/pappardelle-with-lamb-ragu
spinach salad

Friday –

Saturday – out
