Dinner w/o 10/28:

This week we are keeping it easy with most items from the freezer due to the busy week.

Sunday –
Frozen items from Belle Epicurean (cauliflower gratin, white cheddar shells)

Steamed brown rice
Steamed broccoli

Tuesday –
Spaghetti squash (otherwise known as the veggie spaghetti) with marinara sauce frozen from Pasta & Co http://www.pastaco.com/  . Have you made this yet? The squash literally looks like angel hair pasta http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/cooking/a/spagsquash.htm

Wednesday – out
Bringing blue cheese, pear salad to a friend’s house http://overcocktails.blogspot.com/2010/12/my-favorite-event-of-year-hoiday-brunch.html

Thursday – TBD

Friday – out at co-workers
Bringing Asian slaw salad as we are going to make homemade gyozas!

Saturday – out
