Hey everyone – this weeks meals are super simple and easy as we have a busy week of t-ball and soccer and then I am off the grid for awhile so there won’t be menus next week.
BBQ pork ribs with Trader Joe’s organic BBQ sauce
Grilled aspragus – drizzle with olive oil, s/p – cook in grill basket
Green salad with butter lettuce from our backyard (yeah!) and chive dressing from GP’s cookbook
Grilled ciabatta bread (cut into 1 inch slices, brush both sides with olive oil then sprinkle with salt and pepper– put directly on the BBQ and turn after 1-2 minutes)
Grilled Aidells chicken sausages on warmed whole wheat buns http://www.aidells.com/
Salad with chive dressing left from Sunday night
