Dinners w/o 4/22:

Tip:  When buying fresh herbs at the store – cut off the ends and put them in a glass of water and place in the fridge – they last for at least 2 weeks this way!



Grilled Salmon – drizzle olive oil and salt and pepper over fish, then place dill sprigs and lemon slices on top.  Place on the BBQ – take off before it’s done – it will continue cooking off the grill

Tomato, basil, mozzarella salad drizzled with olive oil, salt/pepper

Spring salad – orange slices with rinds cut off, shaved fennel, fresh mozzarella, olives, chopped parsley – drizzle with olive oil, salt/pepper
