Hi everyone!

Here is the menu for this week!

Sunday –
Pancetta Salmon Kebabs with Parsley Vinaigrette (used prosciutto instead of pancetta because that’s what I had in the freezer)
did plain salmon skewers for the kids –  used a bit of olive oil salt/pepper
Grilled ciabatta bread (cut into 1 inch slices, brush both sides with olive oil then sprinkle with salt and pepper– put directly on the BBQ and turn after 1-2 minutes)
Roasted green beans – 400 degrees 10 min, tossed in olive oil s/p

Monday –
Pork ragu over pappardelle (I made this on Sunday – froze half)
Herby greens with fennel (made the dressing on Sunday for this week’s salads – takes 5 minutes and then you have a great dressing for the week!)

Tuesday –
Michele out w/ friends  – It’s Seattle restaurant week!
on his own – will probably go to Burger Master 🙂

Wednesday – twins 5th  b-day!  Olivia and Colby get to choose dinner.  Here is what they want.
Olivia – rack of lamb – what the??
– edamame, steamed artichokes and rice – umm ok.
Chocolate and vanilla cupcakes for dessert

Thursday –
Bob/Michele out for Bob’s b-day (a lot of celebrating this week!) – Staple and Fancy (had the BEST meal here last week with friends – taking Bob for him to try out!)

Friday –
Parmesan chicken with salad on top (kids don’t put the salad on top – they have their plain lettuce on the side )

Saturday – TBD
