Dinners w/o 3/25:

Sunday –
Take out from Wild Ginger

Monday –
Grilled chicken caesar salad
Marinate chicken in olive oil, garlic, salt pepper and whatever herbs you have on hand – grill then slice
Cut romaine lengthwise and place directly on the grill until it’s a bit charred. Then cut up into pieces – this gives it a nice smoky flavor.
Healthy Caesar dressing (stays well in the fridge for up to 2 weeks)
5 garlic cloves minced
1tbls Dijon mustard
3 dashes Worcestershire
3 dashes tobasco
2 tsp anchovy paste (optional)
Salt to taste
Good amount of fresh pepper
2 Lemons squeezed
½ cup olive oil
Food process together

Tuesday –
Out for concert
