Dinners w/o 3/4:

Here are dinners for this week!  I am compiling the recipes of the marinades/sauces that people brought to the swap and will post that later this week.

Sunday –
Homemade pizzas using Whole foods 365 brand premade crust
Green salad

Monday –
Stir fry using this marinade for the chicken
Marinade:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 T sesame oil
2 T mirin or sherry (I used sherry)
3 T sugar or honey (I used honey)
1 t salt
1 bunch green onion, chopped into 1″ pieces
6 cloves garlic, minced
Serving with steamed brown rice and sautéed veggies

Tuesday –

Wednesday –
