Tuesday –
Turkey burgers on whole wheat buns

Wednesday –
Chicken potstickers from Trader Joe’s

Thursday  –
BBQ chicken sandwiches in the crock pot on whole wheat buns
Toss raw chicken breasts in the crock pot add ½ cup or so of water then pour your favorite BBQ sauce on top
Cook on low for 4-5 hours
When done shred chicken with a fork and add more sauce if needed

Friday –
Homemade pizza  (using Zeek’s fresh pizza dough – have them roll it out too)- $4 for a large and it’s great) using whatever veggies we have in the fridge
Simple green salad
