*Olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon juice, salt/pepper whisked together

Monday–

Easy grilled pork tenderloin
1 pork tenderloin
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup soy sauce
1 garlic clove chopped
1 sprig rosemary (optional)
Marinate 1-5 hours
Grill on BBQ, slice and serve

Wednesday –
Take out (TBD) sushi?

Thursday –
No menu

Friday –
No menu

Saturday –
