Lobster mac and cheese for adults (going to use same recipe as above but add poached lobster and then will cook in 2 ramekins)

Leftover mac and cheese from Monday
Simple green salad with leftover dressing from Monday

Thursday –
Michele out – Easy grilled pork tenderloin for the family
1 pork tenderloin
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup soy sauce
1 garlic clove chopped
1 sprig rosemary (optional)
Marinate 1-5 hours
Grill on BBQ, slice and serve
Steamed rice
Steamed broccoli
