Dinners w/o 2/6:

Starting this week we will be doing 1 meatless meal/week. (see Tuesday)

Sunday –
Simple and sweet BBQ salmon http://www.dinneralovestory.com/sweet-bbq-salmon/
Cous cous
Green beans – poach for 4-5 minutes, drain, drizzle with olive oil, s/p and then throw in a grill basket directly on the BBQ for that great flavor

Monday– (will make this Sunday afternoon so we can just throw in the oven to cook when home from work Monday)

Simple green salad

Tuesday –

Wednesday –
Restaurant-style Chinese Chicken and Broccoli http://www.dinneralovestory.com/restaurant-replication/
Steamed rice

Thursday –
Steak salad with blue cheese (using flank steak) http://smittenkitchen.com/2010/09/skirt-steak-salad-with-arugula-and-blue-cheese/
Grilled ciabatta bread (cut into 1 inch slices, brush both sides with olive oil then sprinkle with salt and pepper– put directly on the BBQ and turn after 1-2 minutes then rub with a garlic clove)

Friday –
Taking my parents to Café Juanita for dinner http://www.cafejuanita.com/  

Saturday –
Early v-day dinner celebration at Staple and Fancy http://ethanstowellrestaurants.com/stapleandfancy/
