Dinners w/o 12/5:

This week is all about using what is in the freezer, fridge, pantry and our Full Circle Farm delivery.

Snack of the week: Peanut butter balls – super simple and easy
This week I am trying out a staple snack from my friend Kari. She keeps these in the freezer for her kids and herself! 
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1/4 cup honey
3C bran flake cereal
Mix together roll into small balls and freeze. 

Sunday –
Parents out

Monday –Greek!
Chicken souvlaki skewers http://overcocktails.blogspot.com/2009/04/easy-four-course-meal.html
Greek salad (cucumber, tomatoes, cubed feta, red onion, kalamata olives) with lemon vinaigrette
Brown rice

Tuesday –
Duke’s clam chowder (in freezer)
Caesar salad
Caesar dressing recipe (stays well in fridge for 2 weeks)
5 garlic cloves minced
1tbls Dijon mustard
3 dashes Worcestershire
3 dashes tobasco
2 tsp anchovy paste (optional)
Salt to taste
Good amount of fresh pepper
2 Lemons squeezed
½ cup olive oil
**Food process together

Wednesday – Michele out
Easy grilled pork tenderloin for the family-
1 pork tenderloin
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup soy sauce
1 garlic clove chopped
1 sprig rosemary (optional)
Marinate 1-5 hours
Grill on BBQ, slice and serve
Steamed rice
Steamed broccoli
