Dinners w/o 8/29:

Grilled Chicken Palliards with Nectarine Chutney (thanks, Jeanne!) http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/105216
Burrata, basil tomato salad with olive oil drizzle, salt and pepper
If you aren’t familiar, with burrata it’s Italian cheese, the outer portion is solid mozzarella and the inside contains cream and mozzarella. How can you go wrong with that? Trader Joe’s just started carrying it again!

Hamburgers with grilled walla walla onions and horseradish mustard (thanks, Nicole!) http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/bobby-flay/hamburger-with-double-cheddar-cheese-grilled-vidalia-onion-and-horseradish-mustard-recipe/index.html
Nicole’s words – ” I have a fantastic burger recipe that is very, very simple and very, very good. I use pre-formed burger patties (the good quality ones at the meat counter). The onions are to-die-for and the Dijon-Horseradish makes the burger. I only use one slice of cheese… I don’t even really like home-made burgers, but these are worth it. For the kids, skip the onions and Dijon sauce and just use ketchup or mustard. Great way to use Walla Walla Sweet Onions.”
Simple green salad

Saturday –
