Dinners w/o 8/15:

Sunday –
How could I forget about this recipe during zucchini season? A must try if you haven’t! Quick zucchini sauté http://smittenkitchen.com/2007/08/my-favorite-side-dish/

Monday –
Lemon spaghetti http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/lemon-spaghetti-recipe/index.html
Caesar salad
Caesar dressing recipe (stays well in fridge for 2 weeks)
5 garlic cloves minced
1tbls Dijon mustard
3 dashes Worcestershire
3 dashes tobasco
2 tsp anchovy paste (optional)
Salt to taste
Good amount of fresh pepper
2 Lemons squeezed
½ cup olive oil
**Food process together

Tuesday –
Michele out –
Breakfast for dinner for family

Wednesday –
Salsa verde pulled pork tacos EASY! (pork tenderloin rubbed with cumin then salsa verde (green salsa) poured on top in the crock pot – might need to add a little water too)
MUST make lime crema for a topping (take low fat sour cream and squeeze fresh lime juice in it – stir and there you have it) to die for!

Thursday –

Brown Rice

Friday –
Parents night out

Saturday –

Caesar salad (leftover dressing from Monday night)
