Dinners w/o 7/18:

Sunday –
Toasted baquettes
spread with cold-fresh ricotta
Cucumber cherry salad (I had to include a pic below from my friend Brooke who gave me the recipe – looks so good!  She says to use Japanese cucumbers if you can find them)  http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/cucumber-cherry-salad 
Grilled  salmon – drizzle salmon with chopped garlic, olive oil, s/p and herbs then grill on the BBQ







Monday –  

Herb marinated pork tenderloinhttp://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/herb-marinated-pork-tenderloins-recipe/index.html
Potatoes sliced then placed in foil then drizzle with olive oil, s/p and chopped herbs –  fold foil into a pouch and place on BBQ turning a couple times while the pork cooks
Grilled zucchini – slice zucchini in long diagonal slices then toss with olive oil, s/p – then cook in grill basket.  Sprinkle with parmesan when finished

 Tuesday –  
Penne with Zucchini Pistou

 Wednesday –
Homemade pizza’s
 (trader joe’s dough/sauce (already in the freezer) with turkey pepperoni and choice of whatever veggies are in the fridge)  Everyone makes their own individual pizza (kids love it)
Simple green salad using whatever veggies we have in the fridge

Thursday –  

Friday –
Make your own quesadillas – each person chooses their fillings (cheese, cooked chicken, veggies, whatever we have on hand) then place in fry pan to cook
