Sunday –
Halibut with pesto (easiest recipe ever – ask the store to take off the skin) http://overcocktails.blogspot.com/2009/04/halibut-dinner-in-10-15-minutes.html  (we put the halibut on the grill for more flavor and flip to grill both sides – don’t overcook!)
Arugula salad (recipe in above link)
Grilled asparagus

Monday –
Pancetta Salmon Kebabs with Parsley Vinaigrette http://find.myrecipes.com/recipes/recipefinder.dyn?action=displayRecipe&recipe_id=1989979
Grilled ciabatta bread (cut into 1 inch slices, brush both sides with olive oil then sprinkle with salt and pepper– put directly on the BBQ and turn after 1-2 minutes)

Tuesday –

    This blog is so easy to scan and pick out great things. I tried both the Grilled Asian flank steak w/ sweet slaw and the Mexican ancho-rubbed pork with smoky tomato salsa with a crowd over 4th of July weekend and they were huge hits. I’m a frequenter of overcocktails (probably through you via Carol) and clearly dig the same kind of food. Thanks for documenting this and making the lives of the rest of us easier! (I was doing so well at weekly menu planning but I’ve gone off the wagon…..you are giving me inspiration!). Bon appetite and merci!
