  1. Hi Michele –

I tried the olive oil poached salmon (YUM) and the avocado and arugula salad. Any tip on how to grate the apple without turning it into a mushy pulp? I made a huge mess and ended up with pulpy apple juice instead of grated apple.

    xo-Amy R.

    • Hi Amy – I did long thin strips with the apple with the largest grate. If this still doesn’t work for you. I would cut the apple pieces into small matchsticks – would do the trick! michele
