Tuesday –
Salsa verde pulled pork tacos
Pork tenderloin in crock pot rubbed with cumin with a jar of green salsa poured over (cook on low for 6-8 hours)
Must make lime crema for a topping with this! (I use fat free sour cream – add lime juice and lime zest then mix together – yum!!)
Whole wheat tortillas
