Caesar Salad: New recipe we are trying out:
– ½ cup olive oil
– ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
– Juice of one lemon
– 2-3 cloves garlic
– 1 T sugar
– 1 squirt anchovy paste (optional)
– Salt & pepper to taste

Cut up crusty bread into pieces, sauté butter and garlic in a pan, coat the bread pieces and then stick in the oven to crisp up.
Toss on top of romaine and parmesan, dressing
