Sunday – Bob’s b-day with the family! Not the most healthy but it’s a celebration!

Sautéed spinach w/ garlic and lemon juice (fresh spinach sautéed in a little olive oil and garlic then add lemon juice at end)

Tuesday –

Bibb/butter lettuce with lemon vinaigrette and shaved parmesan

Wednesday –

Brown rice
Cabbage with hot sauce – addicted to this right now – so yummy (TJ’s sells cabbage precut in bag to save time) – http://orangette.blogspot.com/2009/01/best-we-can-hope-for.html
